Job Description
Loyalty Marketing company seeking a candidate for our Help Desk Support Technician (Entry Level) position based in Farmington, CT.
Currently we have an opening for this position to support kiosks deployed at our customer sites from our location in Farmington, CT. You will need to provide excellent customer service as you assist in troubleshooting operational issues from either inbound or outbound calls.

1-2 years of prior experience in Help Desk support or a call center is highly desirable
Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Tuesday-Friday hours: 11am-8pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm
