Develops and delivers design presentations to customer. Develops Space Needs Programs to determine square footage needed and department adjacencies. Develops budgets for furnishings and construction, Manages projects. Full Time, Hybrid position Main office location: 1300 Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia Education Bachelor Level Degree (Interior Design) Required Certification/Licensure Certified Interior Designer preferred Experience AutoCAD experience required Certified Interior Designer preferred 7 years Commercial Interior Design (or) 7 years Construction Administration (or) 7 years Develop Construction Documents We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $70,636.80 - $106,787.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differences, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
